Ms Chana qualified in 1992 from the Royal London Hospital as a Dental Therapist and a Dental Hygienist and has worked on a part time basis at this practice since that time. She also has further Diplomas in Dental Hygiene Education and a Further Education Teaching Certificate. Ms Chana’s other work is at the London Hospital as Deputy Principal Hygiene and Therapy Tutor managing the training programme, she is also an internal and external examiner for dental hygiene and dental therapy training nationally. Ms Chana represents her profession on a number of professional boards and committees, including the Department of Health and the General Dental Council. She was recipient of the Dental Therapist of the Year award in 2006. She also writes articles for professional publications and has further training in Dental whitening procedures.
